News from our APRE - 11 September 2025
As Term 3 draws to a close, we reflect upon the many triumphs of this term. Personal, academic, social, and sporting goals have been achieved, and we are proud of the growth and effort shown by all our students.
From classroom learning to playground friendships, our students have embraced challenges, celebrated successes, and supported one another with kindness. The term has been filled with joyful moments, deep learning, and community spirit.
We have continued to celebrate our faith and spirituality in meaningful ways. Students participated in two dialogical visits with Fr Kerry, where they explored questions of faith and shared reflections.
We attended Masses at St Rita’s Church, Good Counsel Church, and St Monica’s Cathedral, deepening our connection to our wider Catholic community. A special highlight was attending the Opening Mass for the Australian Catholic Education Conference at the Cairns Convention Centre, a beautiful celebration of our shared mission in Catholic education.
We thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child’s education. Together, we are building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Wishing everyone a wonderful and well-deserved break.
God bless,
Ms Heaney
